How to use Pronouns in Arabic
In this article, We are gonna learn the types of pronoun in Arabic in detail If Allah Wills!
Remember that like all nouns and words, pronouns also fall under different cases like Nominative, Accusative & Genetive but they don't get the respective cases' parsing/ vowel signs as we all know that pronouns are always indeclinable. Sometimes, the pronouns are mentioned and sometimes, omitted or hidden.
There are two types of pronoun in Arabic
1) Attached/ Linked Pronoun and
2) Detached/ Separate Pronoun.
Pronouns Pronunciation Usage Meanings
ُہ Hu 3rd person singular male Him/ His /Itsَھُما Huma 3rd person Dual male Both of Them/ They both
ْھُم Hum 3rd person plural male They all/ All of them/ Them َک Ka 2nd person singular male you/ yourَکُما Kuma 2nd person Dual male You both/ both of you/ yourْکُم Kum 2nd person Plural male You all/ all of you/ your (all)
کِ Ki 2nd person singular female you/ your
کما Kuma 2nd person Dual female You both/ both of you/ your
َکُنّ Kunna 2nd person Plural female You all/ all of you/ your (all)
ْی I'e/ Ya 1st person singular male & female Me/ My
نَا Naa 1st person plural male & female Us/ Our
Now you have understood by the meanings that these pronouns are used in Genetive case, possessive case as well as in the accusative cases. These were the Attached Pronouns.
Detached or Separate pronouns are used merely in the Nominative Case. The Detached Pronouns are as follows:

انا | Ana | I (for singular male & female both) |
نحن | Nahnu | We (for plural male & female) |
Note that detached pronouns are used specifically in the Nominative case and remain separate from verbs, Objects, Adverbs, etc.
